Specification
Main components of the equipment
The main unit of the equipment composes of bottom plate frame, glass frame, bottle washing machine, bottling machine, capping machine, main motor drive, star-wheel drive, star-wheel plate, cap arranging mechanism, lower cap tank, cap separating mechanism and electric control system.
Glass frame is used for closing the surrounding environment of the main unit, the upper part applies transparent glass door for monitoring the equipment, glass door is installed with protective device which can automatically stop the machine if it is activated. The entire machine features beautiful appearance, safe and reliable working.
Ventilation mechanism
Fan can blow the bottle clap plate of the star-wheel drive I, then bottle clamp plate can convey the bottles to the bottle washing machine.

Overturning mechanism of bottle washing machine
It mainly composes of bottle washing clamp, upper rotary plate, guide rail, water distributing plate, shield, water spraying device, water tray etc.
Bottle washing clamp rotates with the upper rotary plate, and open the bottle mouth clamp with elastic distortion when contacting the bottle feeding star-wheel, which can clamp the bottle neck, then overturns at 180° along the guide rail, bottle mouth may become downwards for cleaning and drying the bottle with water, then overturn for 180°, bottle mouth becomes upwards and then conveyed with the star-wheel; shield can prevent sprinkling of cleaning water; water distributing plate can deliver the cleaning water from the still parts to the rotary parts

Bottle filling mechanism
It mainly composes of bottling barrel, bottling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle clamping lift device etc.
Bottle is conveyed to the bottling machine with the clamp plate of star-wheel drive IV, bottling bottle clamp plate supports the bottle neck and rotates together with the bottling, and ascend along the guide rail and then open the bottling valve for bottling, after finishing bottling, it descend and loose the bottling valve, bottling valve may automatically close. Bottle is discharged from the bottling machine along the clamp plate of star-wheel drive V.

Capping mechanism
Capping mechanism composes of cap separating mechanism, capping machine and cap arranging mechanism.

The machine is designed on the base of Alcoa (France) technology. It adopts magnetic moment capping, which has the function of unload the overloading force on the cap, so the capping head have the function of protect the cap from damage.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
 
While our professional member arrives at the site for a completed and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
 
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges  air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily hot meals.
 
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under One Year Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
 
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight
