1 Overview
BY type automatic bottle unscrambler is composed of bottle loading machine, bottle unscrambler turntable, bottle rejection part, bottle unscrambler part and electrical box. A large number of disordered bottles are put into the bottle unscrambling turntable by the bottle loading machine, and transferred to the bottle unscrambling part through the conveyor belt, so that the bottles can be vertically transported to the user's conveyor belt. The model is compact in structure, simple in principle, mature in technology, stable and reliable in each action, and has been widely used in the agrochemical industry for many years.
2. Equipment Features
2.1 The structure is compact, simple, occupies a small area, and is easy to debug and adjust. Similar products from other manufacturers on the market are larger in size, with a total length of more than 3 meters, which is relatively bulky.
2.2 When changing the specifications, no need to change any molds, and the bottles of 50-1000ml can be used universally. The adjustment is convenient and fast. When changing specifications, you only need to replace the number of belts in the turntable and adjust the spacing of the bottle unscrambler. Adjust the spacing of the bottles as needed
2.3 Using American technology, good stability, the pass rate is 100%.
2.4 The electrical components of the whole machine are imported to ensure the service life, stability and reliability of the equipment.
2.5 The large area adopts plexiglass cover, which has good visualization effect and can be fully opened.
2.6 All plexiglass covers are equipped with inductive switches. The plexiglass cover must be completely closed to start the machine. When the machine is running, if any plexiglass door is opened, the machine will stop running, which is safe and reliable.
2.7 The connecting belt in the machine adopts one-time molding technology, which is durable and not easy to be damaged.
2.8 Automatic bottle loading function, just pour the bottle into the bottle loading machine, and the turntable is equipped with detection photoelectricity to realize automatic bottle loading when the bottle is insufficient. Stop bottling when the bottle is full without manual intervention.
2.9 Equipped with coordinated photoelectricity, when the back conveyor belt is congested, the bottle unscrewing will be suspended, and when the back conveyor belt is smooth, the bottle will be unscrewed again to achieve a perfect connection with the subsequent packaging equipment; unmanned operation of the whole machine can be realized.
