Fully Automatic Deflashing (Save Labor Cost)

No need for manual trimming! The machine automatically removes the waste material (flash) from the bottle neck and bottom. The bottles come out ready for packing.

A: No. This is an Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) machine for PE/PP/HDPE. If you need PET bottles (for water/juice), please ask us for our "Stretch Blow Molding Machine".

A: No. This machine is equipped with Auto-Deflashing. The waste is removed automatically and can be recycled by a crusher instantly.
