    Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer. It is the most widely used thermoplastic material. Its appearance is opaque and ivory white. It is non-toxic and tasteless with high strength, good toughness and easy to process and shape. The processed products have a smooth surface and are easy to dye and electroplate. It can be mixed with a variety of resins to form blends. It is widely used in home appliance shell, office equipment, auto parts, plates, toys, daily necessities, etc.
ABS material Properties
   The acrylonitrile in ABS provides chemical and thermal stability, while the butadiene adds toughness and strength. The styrene gives the finished polymer a nice, glossy finish. ABS has a low melting point, which enables its easy use in the injection moulding process and 3D printing.
