3-in-1 filling machine Main components of the equipment The main unit of the equipment composes of bottom plate frame, glass frame, bottle washing machine, bottling machine, capping machine, main motor drive, star-wheel drive, star-wheel plate, cap arranging mechanism, lower cap tank, cap separating mechanism and electric control system. Glass frame is used for closing the surrounding environment of the main unit, the upper part applies transparent glass door for monitoring the equipment, glass door is installed with protective device which can automatically stop the machine if it is activated. Fan can blow the bottle clap plate of the star-wheel drive I, then bottle clamp plate can convey the bottles to the bottle washing machine. Air conveyor Overturning mechanism of bottle washing machine It mainly composes of bottle washing clamp, upper rotary plate, guide rail, water distributing plate, shield, water spraying device, water tray etc. Bottle washing clamp rotates with the upper rotary plate, and open the bottle mouth clamp with elastic distortion when contacting the bottle feeding star-wheel, which can clamp the bottle neck, then overturns at 180° along the guide rail, bottle mouth may become downwards for cleaning and drying the bottle with water, then overturn for 180°, bottle mouth becomes upwards and then conveyed with the star-wheel; shield can prevent sprinkling of cleaning water; water distributing plate can deliver the cleaning water from the still parts to the rotary parts.

Washing

The rotary wheel is a fully SUS304 stainless steel welded structure of thickness not less than 12 - 15 mm. The machine will applies overturning bottle clamp, and this bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, the bottle clamp should be hygienic and durable. The atomizing spray nozzle should be high efficiency and installed on bottle clamp to be capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water. The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.

 

Filler

Filling valves are made of SUS304L. Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling. Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth. Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball. Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame. Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck.

 

Capping

The capper in the machine must have highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling mono block. The capper should has features as follows, 1)Extruding wheel (main part to control the stability when sealing), uses the technology of Kinematical and kinetic design of the wheel to improves the stability and credibility of the equipment. 2) II) Sealing faucet (main part to control the credibility of sealing), besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial which makes variation more easily and should makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior. Cap distributing chute equips with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism. Cap distributing chute equips with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute. The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
 
While our professional member arrives at the site for a completed and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days  . The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
 
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges  air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily hot meals.
 
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.

Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under two Year Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
 
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight

Q:How can I install my machine when it arrives?
A:We will send the engineers to install and test the machines and have training lessons abroad, but the Visa fee, round tickets, accommodation, eating, and the allowance of 80USD per day per person will be on customer's side.

Or the customer can send the engineer to our company to complete the inspection of the goods, as well as the installation and training lessons ,but the Visa fee, round tickets, accommodation, eating, and the allowance will be paid by customers .

Q:What's your guarantee or the warranty of the quality if we buy your machines?

If during the warranty period, the quality or specification of the goods is found to be inconsistent with the contractual requirements, or if the goods are found to be defective (including potential defects or the use of unqualified materials, etc.), the buyer has the right to use the inspection documents issued by the statutory authority. During the warranty period of the goods, the buyer shall make a claim against the seller.
